It has felt like a very busy week! Thank you to all the parents who came out to our liturgy yesterday. The students did a wonderful job!
We spent a lot of time this week practicing in the gym for the liturgy, but we also finished reviewing chapter two in math (exploring numbers). Next week we will be jumping right into addition and practicing adding 4 digit numbers.
In science we learned what transparent, translucent and opaque means, and we experimented with different objects to classify them as one of the three. We will be learning about reflection next week!
In social we started working on our regions of Alberta map! We have learned about the grassland and the parkland and are starting on our plasticine art. The finished product will look something like this:
