In preparation for tomorrow's Pink Night, we talked about stress this morning and how it can make us feel. Stress, or something we are worried about might give us a headache, give us shaky legs or even butterflies in our stomach. Stress might make us feel mad, sad or even scared. We talked about how we can deal with stress, by something as simple as deep breaths, or talking to a trusted adult.
